Absolutely. CARDWORLD purchases exclusively from officially recognized distributors and importers. We never sell second-hand products or grey market stock. Each box has the original factory seal and comes directly from the publisher.

You can cancel pre-orders as long as the product has not yet been shipped. Please contact us via the contact page with your order number and we will arrange it as soon as possible. Once the pre-order has been shipped, the normal return conditions apply.

A booster box is the complete box as received by the store. For Pokémon, this contains 36 booster packs.

A booster bundle is a smaller package with 6 booster packs, assembled by the publisher itself. Bundles are ideal if you want to try a new set without committing to a full box right away.

Please note: not every game has a booster bundle. Pokémon has one (6 packs). Magic: The Gathering has a Bundle with 9 packs plus extras such as a promo card and land cards. One Piece and Yu-Gi-Oh! do not sell bundles; for these, the booster box is the smallest official packaging.

Sold-out products can sometimes be pre-ordered for the next restock. Add the product to your wishlist on the product page and you'll get an automatic notification as soon as it's back in stock. For popular releases we advise being quick — our stock goes fast.

Fast. Order before 3 PM and your package goes out the same day. After that it's just 1 to 3 working days (excluding public holidays) and your cards are in your hands. We don't waste time, and neither do you.

Yes, we ship across Europe. It is currently not possible to order outside the EU. Shipping costs and delivery times for your country will be automatically displayed during checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with a link to the delivery status. You can also log in to your account and track the status via My Orders. If you have any problems with tracking, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

That is, of course, not okay. Take photos of the damage to both the packaging and the product, and contact us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number and the photos. We review each situation individually and will work with you to find the best solution.

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Products must not be opened and must be returned in their original condition. Please contact our team to request a return. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

With every purchase you automatically earn 3 points per €1 spent. New members also get a 100-point welcome bonus on top. The more you spend, the faster you save points and the higher your rank climbs (Explorer, Rival, Legend). No activation needed, it runs automatically with your account.
